Our vision for Marsden Heights is to be the school of choice for our students, a school at the heart of its community. With the lowest APS in Lancashire, our children need highly effective and reflective practitioners to support us on our journey to outstanding.
Our vacancy has arisen due to our Maths department expanding. The Maths department is a highly successful team of nine specialists. The team works collaboratively to share good practice, both within the department and across college as a whole, contributing regularly to whole college professional practice sessions. One member of the department also has whole college responsibility as a Lead Practitioner. Being a BSF school, we are very well-resourced with Promethian whiteboards, laptops and hand-held devices as well as desktop computers.
We are looking for someone who can continue the upward trend of our Maths results.
If you are interested in joining this forward-thinking team and you have the skills and qualities required, then we would be delighted to hear from you.
