Job overview
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher in a local SEMH school in Trafford. This is a full-time teaching role, covering a Mathematics, which will commence in March 2019 until Summer 2019.
The role
The desired Mathematics Teacher will have a passion for working within an environment where pupils can sometimes exhibit some challenging behaviour, and have a flexible approach to working, helping narrow the gap for pupils who are behind where they should be.
The school
The position is working in a Special Needs School working with young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of Mathematics Teacher, you will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience of teaching Maths or Science at KS3 & 4
• Either experience of, or a desire to work with SEMH children
