Secondary School students will be encouraged to explore new disciplines, skills and interests; to give everything a try and in doing so learn to take risks and to risk failure. It is our belief that in doing this we are enabling them to find their passion and that ‘thing’ that really makes them tick, which will in turn support everything else that they do. About La Côte International School Aubonne

La Côte International School is a mixed, non-denominational all-through school situated in Aubonne, near Geneva and Lucerne in Switzerland. It delivers an English language education. Students are between the ages of 3-18, with a school roll of over 250 pupils across more than 30 different nationalities, supported by more than 40 teachers. It is a member of Nord Anglia Education Schools, a family of 42 international boarding and private schools in 15 different countries around the globe, educating a total of 34,000 pupils throughout all its schools. It works with a number of different forms of curriculum, including the English National Curriculum in the Early Years & Primary School stages, Bilingual French-English Swiss Maturité Stream and International Baccalaurates (IB) Middle Years and Diploma Programme.

The school has its origins in its first school Most-sur-Rolle, a school with seven members of staff teaching 42 pupils. The student roll doubled by the end of the school’s first academic year, encouraging them to open a secondary school to serve a growing community from a larger campus. It joined Nord Anglia Education’s family of premium schools in September 2011, and moved to its current purpose-built Aubonne campus in 2014.
