We require for September 2018, a well-qualified, enthusiastic and creative teacher of Mathematics to join our hard working and successful department.
This appointment requires the successful candidate to teach Mathematics up to and including GCSE level, across the full age and ability range.
What we're looking for
This post would be equally suitable for new entrants to the profession or for more experienced teachers.
At present, the Mathematics Department consists of 10 full time teachers and 1 part time teacher. All classrooms are equipped with data points connected to the school ICT network and ceiling mounted data projectors, interactive whiteboards and visualisers. The department is subscribed to both Mymaths and Mathswatch, with both resources used effectively beyond the classroom to promote independent learning as well as consolidation of topics taught in lessons
