Teacher of Mathematics

Thornaby Academy is looking to appoint Maths Teachers to join our vibrant Maths team in April 2020.

This is an exciting time in our development as we have begun to work with Falcon Education Academies Trust, a unique Trust established by the DfE to support schools in challenging contexts.  This support provides strong and purposeful leadership at all levels to ensure high quality teaching and learning.  We are confident that this will have a positive impact upon the lives of young people, ensuring that all students achieve their potential, realise their aspirations and are well-prepared for the next stage of their lives.

Contract Term: 1 Permanent and 1 Temporary contract

The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
