Pool Hayes Academy is a rapidly improving school. In our most recent Ofsted Inspection we secured our first Good ratings for Leadership and Management, Personal Development, Behaviour & Welfare and 16 to 19 Study Programmes – and we have some ambitious plans for the future.
As an excellent practitioner at Primary level you can undertake a unique role within the secondary environment with a focus on Mathematics.
Hitting the ground running you will accelerate the learning of students not yet ready for secondary education. Assessing and building on current skills is only the beginning, as in time you will partner with colleagues to plan the transition of these students to the secondary curriculum.
You will receive the support and opportunities to not only make a difference in the lives of our students, but also your own. We take pride in successfully developing our staff to achieve their own personal career aspirations.
You will inspire students go the extra mile to close attainment gaps and engage pupils with special needs. Above all, you will be able to apply your imagination to change hearts and minds to turn Maths into a subject of choice for your students.
