The role
We are looking to appoint an outstanding Maths teacher who has excellent subject knowledge and a determination to ensure the pupils they teach are able to make demonstrable progress.
You will enjoy teaching children of all abilities and ages, show expertise in managing behaviour and in doing so, support the culture for learning which exists in the school.
Your professionalism will extend beyond your classroom and you will be expected to support the values and aims of Crayford Academy. You will share our commitment that pupils should feel happy and safe in school, and that all teachers take responsibility for this as well as their academic success.
The Candidate
We are seeking a strong, well qualified practitioner with a degree and a teaching qualification who is keen to develop their own practice to the highest level and take advantage of our excellent professional learning. The candidate must be a compelling communicator with an ability to champion the subject to pupils with a fully comprehensive range of abilities. You will also bring real energy and dynamism to the role, alongside genuine enthusiasm and passion for your subject.
