Hinchingbrooke School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Maths Teacher. Hinchingbrooke School is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted November 2021) and last year secured ‘Above Average’ GCSE results with a Progress 8 score of +0.48. 

 We are looking for a highly committed team player, with a passion for Mathematics and an understanding of the strategies required to motivate and inspire students who can contribute to an excellent team achieving equally impressive results. We would welcome applications from candidates currently finishing their teacher training in addition to applications from experienced teachers. 

The successful candidate will join a collaborative department of 15 teachers with a range of expertise and skills, managed by an Assistant Principal and Head of Mathematics who are supported by four Maths Leaders. From the moment you join us you will feel welcomed and supported by a team ranging from ECTs through to highly experienced practitioners. 

The teacher we are looking for will support the Head of Department and Maths team to secure excellent outcomes at all key stages and to move forward and build on the successes of last year’s exam results. We seek someone with the drive and passion to share high quality and innovative practice in the classroom.
