St Gregory the Great School has an amazing opportunity for a passionate and engaging Teacher of Maths to join our thriving and dynamic department for an Easter or September start. We are looking for a well-qualified Maths specialist, who has taught Maths at both GCSE and A Level. You will both, love Maths and have a strong desire to develop this in others, and play an active and collaborative role in the school, contributing to a strong culture of sharing best practice, resources and ideas within a supportive and welcoming team.
St Gregory the Great is an exciting school, which uses its core Catholic values to provide strength and direction for all of our students. We are situated in the diverse and vibrant area of East Oxford, and serve a local population with a wide range of backgrounds and needs. We pride ourselves on our close-knit community, and our commitment to enabling every student to thrive. St Gregory’s is a rapidly improving school and we are seeking staff who enjoy and relish the opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to those they teach, and who have the energy and experience to help build our vision for the future.
We currently offer reduced fees for Childcare and we have our school fitness suite which is available for staff to use.
As we are a Catholic school, applicants must complete the CES application form in order to be considered for interview. There is no requirement, however, to be Catholic in order to be successful at interview. Please click on the link for a CES application form and further details about the post. It really is worth seeing St Gregory’s at its best during the working day and visits are welcome. Please contact Fiona Easton on the above number or email: PrincipalSGTG@dbmac.org.uk if you would like to arrange a visit or if you would like further information.
Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. All employees, workers and volunteers to share the commitment which is reflected in our recruitment and selection practices.
