Over the last twelve months, we have moved into the top 15% of schools in Oxfordshire for progress, we have academised with a successful and forward-thinking local trust (Maiden Erlegh Trust) and have the foundations and support to provide excellent learning opportunities for all our students.
Our focus is ensuring all students receive a high quality education and leave us as well-qualified and well-rounded young adults. You would be joining a Maths department of optimistic, talented and supportive colleagues, and teaching dynamic, ambitious and positive students.
Professional development is a strength and we offer a flexible CPD programme which staff can tailor to their own needs. As a Teaching School we offer a bespoke programme of coaching and training for new entrants to the profession and to support career returners. We also have a proven track record of supporting ambitious staff to middle and senior leadership posts and our can offer Specialist Leader of Education and school improvement opportunities to the right candidates.
