Teacher of Maths

We are seeking to recruit a Teacher of Math’s to a new school which opened its doors in September 2021. This role would suit a proactive and resilient person with a passion for teaching the Math’s curriculum. You will need to have a flexible approach as you may be required from time to time to set aside subject interests to consider the broader interests of the school and your own professional development. This is an exciting time to join Edgar Wood Academy as we are a new and expanding school with an intake of 480 students in Years 7, 8 and 9.

The school has recently moved into a modern, state-of-the-art building, with stunning views of the local countryside, but within easy access of several motorway links. Edgar Wood Academy have an extensive enrichment programme which will ensure that all pupils are engaged in a curriculum suffused with memorable experiences and rich opportunities for learning.
