Teacher of Maths

About the role

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and influential Maths Teacher to teach across Key Stages 3, 4 and potentially 5. Due to a recent internal promotion of the Assistant Head of Department to Head of Department, there is also scope to offer a TLR2 in addition to the base salary for the right candidate.

This is an exciting time to join the Academy following our recent Ofsted inspection in October 2017 which was rated as ‘Good’, we are looking to appoint an additional member to our successful Maths department in order to continue our journey to ‘Outstanding’.

We will only consider candidates who can evidence a strong track record of success and who have made or have the potential to make a significant impact on the lives and education of the children they teach. This will need to be demonstrated in your application and be clearly evident at interview. Due to a new internal promotion of the current Assistant Head of Department to Head of Department, there is scope to offer a TLR in addition to salary for the right candidate
