EFFECTIVE FROM: Easter 2024 or ASAP

Chantry Academy is a thriving and ambitious, Ofsted rated good academy located at the heart of our local community and is supported by parents and carers. In September 2023, we were oversubscribed for the seventh consecutive year, and we are proud to be first choice school for the local area. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and inspiring teacher of Maths to join our ambitious and high-performing Maths Department. The successful candidate will be creative, imaginative and an excellent team player with a proven record of excellence in the classroom. You will provide consistently high-quality teaching and enable the effective use of resources to facilitate high standards of learning and achievement for all students.

This is a full-time position, maternity cover position. Parttime working may be considered for the right applicant. This position will suit an experienced professional or ECT (Early Careers Teacher), we have established mentoring systems in place to support a teacher in the initial stages of their career. We would also encourage unqualified teachers with the relevant experience and qualifications to apply.
