Media Studies is a popular subject at Lingfield College and has gone from strength to strength since its introduction 6 years ago. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, hard working individual with a passion for the subject and a wealth of technical knowledge, able to teach to A level and display professionalism, commitment and flexibility individually and as part of a friendly and supportive team.
The Senior School has excellent facilities including three mac suite Media Studies classrooms. We have small classes to enable focus on individual students, who ‘have outstanding attitudes to learning an develop excellent relationships with their teachers’ (ISI 2017). Our Media Studies A2 results in 2018 saw 100% grades A*-B, with 71% achieving A*-A and at GCSE 96% grades A*-B.
