Teacher of MFL (French and/or Spanish preferable)

Our MFL teams across the Trust achieve excellent results for our students. Our Trust average MFL scores for 2022 are well above national average with progress at +0.01, grade 4+ 83.5% and grade 5+ 74.2%.

Outwood Academy Haydock is a 11-16 academy based in the former mining village of Haydock, within the large Merseyside town of St. Helens. We are a welcoming and supportive academy, with a relentless determination to provide the very best education for every child. We place students at the centre of everything we do, with a focus on creating a culture of success and a positive climate for learning.

Our MFL Department offers French and Spanish therefore successful applicants are required to be able to teach either French, Spanish (or both!) to GCSE. We welcome applications from ECT teachers or experienced professionals, both full or part time. We are looking for individuals who love their subject, have a passion to develop this in others, and are committed to putting Students First.
