Teacher of MFL required for September 2019 - MPS/UPS
The Peele Community College is a popular, oversubscribed 11 -16 College in the rural market town of Long Sutton, with an increase in pupil numbers for September. The Peele Community College is about to become part of a Multi Academy Trust and this will bring the opportunity to work across 2 sites.
We are looking for a very talented and dynamic Teacher of French who is able to inspire students, be innovative and achieve outstanding results. This is an ideal and exciting opportunity for either a newly qualified or more experienced teacher. The College provides extensive opportunities for Professional Development including links to LTSA, LLP and GPTSA which would particularly benefit newly qualified teachers and those wishing to progress to management.
The MFL Department across the Multi Academy Trust is a committed, enthusiastic team that works together to ensure our students and staff enjoy their work and achieve their potential. Due to the changes in emphasis of the English Baccalaureate the department is expanding. The department currently teaches French at KS3 and there are a growing number of students opting to continue with languages at KS4. The department is very well resourced and laptops are provided to all staff. There is a dedicated suite of MFL classrooms, all with projectors and interactive whiteboards.
