Role: Teacher of MFL (maternity cover)
Contract Type: 1 FTE temporary Salary Range: £23,313 - £33,577 (TMR including Fringe)

The Governors of Holy Trinity School wish to appoint a dynamic, forward looking candidate to the temporary, full time post of Teacher of MFL. This is to cover for the maternity leave of a permanent member of staff until approximately July 2017.
This is a great opportunity for a good teacher to join a successful department, and to develop their career in a good school. The successful candidate will need to offer German to A-Level and French to Key Stage 4.
We require a practitioner who has the enthusiasm, skill and ability to make a positive contribution to this motivated and successful team. The post is most suitable for an established teacher. The successful candidate will be committed to teaching across the 11-18 range. Applicants will need to evidence their commitment to excellent teaching and learning; to securing good or better outcomes for students; to developing student potential and skills from KS3 onwards, and to promoting the study of the subject at A Level.
We offer comprehensive induction and a good programme of CPL. We also operate an extensive coaching network to share good practice and we engage all teaching staff in the use of TEEP (Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme) to enhance our teaching and learning in the classroom. We support, empower and challenge staff to make a real difference in raising standards and have many examples of staff who have fast-tracked their career as a result.
