Job Title: Teacher of MFL
Salary: MPS/UPS
Hours: Permanent /Full time (32.5 hours Monday – Friday/52.143 weeks per year (Term time only)
We are looking for a Teacher Of MFL (French & Spanish) to join our team in September. At Marine Academy we deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum that is cohesive, cumulative and highly sequenced. The curriculum is academic, rigorous and challenging. It has been designed with long-term memory in mind; students’ knowledge, skills and understanding are cemented by frequent and systematic revisiting. This post is suitable for NQTs.
If you value knowledge, consistency of approach, the very highest academic and behavioural expectations of students and wish to be at the cutting edge of educational development then please apply for the post of languages teacher (French & Spanish). Subject specialism essential and the ability to teach both subjects up to at least Yr 11. We teach languages three times a week from Year 7 right through to Year 11 to almost every student in the school and is right at the heart of our curriculum.
