St Joseph's College is a vibrant independent day and boarding school in Ipswich providing a broad and seamless education for over 550 girls and boys aged 3 - 18. St Joseph’s College has a proud history of strong results within the MFL Faculty. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher, who can engage students of all abilities and instil in them a love of language learning. The ability to deliver A-Level French is desirable. All students are set in MFL from Year 7 when they are taught French. During Years 8 and 9 Spanish is introduced to the curriculum. French and Spanish are options at GCSE and A-level and area also taught in the Prep School. Experience of teaching EAL would be an advantage Applicants are expected to contribute to the extra-curricular life of the College.
