Required for 1st September 2018 an enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher of MFL for this thriving and over-subscribed, semi-rural, 11-18 Catholic College with 1285 students on roll. This is an exciting opportunity to join an outstanding College and National Teaching School with many leadership and management opportunities. The candidate appointed will be required to teach MFL across the age and ability range. An ability to offer a mixture of German and Spanish would be desirable but is not essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach A-level courses in the Sixth Form. This position is subject to a criminal records check from the Disclosure & Barring Service (formerly CRB) which will require you to disclose all criminal convictions.

Painsley Catholic College is a mainstream, non-selective, co-educational secondary school for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Cheadle, near Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, and there are 1,196 pupils on its roll. The school converted to academy status in 2012 and has been rated as “outstanding” by Ofsted.
