Prince William School is a vibrant and friendly 11-18 school (1100 students on roll) located in Oundle, within easy commutable distance from Peterborough, Stamford, Wellingborough, Huntingdon and Corby.


We are excited to offer this fantastic opportunity for an ambitious teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join our supportive team.  The successful applicant will need to be able to teach either French or Spanish to GCSE, and ideally both to Key Stage 3, and be passionate about the importance of inspiring young people to learn about other cultures and languages by delivering exciting and engaging learning experiences.  You will benefit the support of a well-established team of languages teachers and the opportunity to teach A level, if desired.

You will be joining the school at an exciting time as examination results across the whole school at both A level and GCSE have seen rapid improvement and the school is expanding. In 2017, 70% achieved grade 4+ in both English and Maths, 49% achieved grade 5+ in both English and Maths, and our Progress 8 score was +0.36, putting the school in the top 19% of schools nationally for progress.  At A level, 55% attained A* - B and the proportion of students achieving AAB or better was 19%.
