Job overview
Do you want to join a school about which Ofsted stated in October 2016 “This school continues to be Good”?
Barnhill Partnership Trust is an exciting, innovative and successful Trust in West London. We have a strong sense of community, great students and staff, and a real commitment to making a difference to the lives of young people.
The Modern Foreign Language Curriculum Area is an area of strength in the school for a number of years with high quality teaching and learning, enthusiastic and creative teachers. Languages remains a very popular choice for students. You would be joining a dedicated team of Language teachers. The Curriculum Area works as a cohesive team, sharing resources, teaching strategies and striving to maximise all students’ potential.
We would like to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join and build on the success of the department. The successful candidate needs to be able to teach French and Spanish, one language to A Level and the other to KS4; another Modern Foreign Language at KS3 would be beneficial but not essential.
We offer you the chance to join a well-established Curriculum Area, an effective and enthusiastic staff, a first class induction programme, a commitment to your professional development and career progression and students who are motivated to succeed.
This post would suit an experienced colleague but we would welcome exceptional and ambitious NQTs. We have a well-regarded programme of CPD and NQT induction. A July start is available should an NQT applicant be successful, which will mean payment over the summer.
Our staff benefit from a well-being scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle scheme and on-site gym facilities.
