We are looking to make an appointment from September 2018 of a dynamic part-time Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish with French)for a fixed term 2 year contract, to role model high quality learning and teaching and to maximise the achievement of students. We believe this is an exciting opportunity for a newly-qualified or experienced teacher to join our successful, high-performing and friendly Modern Foreign Languages Department. Higham Lane School is a high-performing 11-18 comprehensive academy with approximately 1390 students on roll, based on an attractive site in the north east of Nuneaton on the Warwickshire-Leicestershire border.

Fixed term contract till August 2020
Applications are invited from suitably-qualified, experienced and enthusiastic teachers to teach Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and French at Key Stage 3. Experience of teaching Spanish to Key Stage 5 level would be desirable as this will form part of the successful applicant’s timetable from September 2018, although not essential. The ability to teach French to Key Stage 4 level would also be desirable.
