Work Environment

The school is set in an idyllic rural location with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The post holder will join a vibrant team offering a diverse skill set. A Chromebook is issued upon appointment to enable all duties to be fulfilled efficiently using the Google Platform, and protected time will be allocated on the timetable to ensure the successful completion of all aspects of the role. Meals included during the day. 

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong management as well as team playing skills. They will be a passionate and knowledgeable teacher who demonstrates initiative and an individual approach to pupils to ensure each one reaches their full potential. A Growth Mindset is essential, along with a flexible approach to tasks, and an ability to work hard and complete all tasks to a high standard. Excellent communication, organisation, and delegation skills are required, along with an ability to hold to account line managed staff.
