We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Music teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4 on a full or part time basis.
The Music Department has its own building with music teaching room and 4 separate practice rooms. All rooms are equipped with a piano, drums, amplifiers and guitars. The Music Technology suite located in a neighbouring building has 17 computers running Pro-Tools, Cubase, Sibelius and Musescore and is also a fully equipped music teaching room. The Music Department is very much involved in the life of the school, providing music for assemblies, masses, several concerts a year, school shows, primary taster days, presentation evenings and sports day.
Supported by a cast of professional colleagues within dedicated facilities, you will have the drive, passion, enthusiasm and ambition to inspire and teach students across KS3 and 4. You will be self-motivated, organised and confident. There are a wide range of extra-curricular clubs which the successful candidate would be expected to contribute to.
