Teacher of Music

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced part-time Teacher of Music to join our junior boys' division from January 2020 (or as soon as possible afterwards).   

The successful candidate will be required to teach from Year 4 to Year 6 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8.30am to 4pm (8am on Thursdays). Flexibility in working hours is essential as the candidate will also be required to lead the junior orchestra and support the various school productions and concerts which take place throughout the year.  We anticipate that working time will be approximately 50 - 60% of a full teaching timetable.

Successful applicants will have high expectations of achievement and behaviour, enjoy working as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and pupils.
