Teacher of PDHPE


Term of Appointment:

Temporary appointment to the PDHPE teaching position will be for the period 5th August 2019 to 10th April 2020 to cover a period of maternity leave.


Criteria

  • Applicants need to be willing and able to participate in and support the religious dimension of St Agnes’ Parish Secondary Schools.
  • Qualifications in a specialised faculty must be addressed
  • Applicants must hold a current NSW Working with Children Check and NESA number
  • Must register with the Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools Office

The school has a variety of facilities including Physiology and Anatomy Labs,   a Creative and Performing Arts Centre  and Indoor Multi Purpose Centre. Learning takes place within sophisticated technological based classroom learning.  The College also offers a Marine and Aqua Technology program.

Curriculum

The College follows the curriculum as mandated by the New South Wales Board of Studies. Mackillop College has a strong tradition of high academic success of graduating cohorts. Students also participate in a Religious Education program as prescribed by the diocese to promote the teachings of the Catholic faith.
