At Todmorden High School, we are excited to be able to offer the opportunity for a Teacher of PE. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Teacher of Physical Education. The successful candidate will have excellent teaching skills and the ability to inspire and motivate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities and achieves excellent examination results. 

While we are looking for a teacher who will teach PE and Sport Studies, it would be an advantage in the recruitment process if you were able to offer another subject alongside this. Please indicate if this is the case in your personal statement.

We are a small and friendly comprehensive school for 11 to 16-year-olds with 900 pupils located in the beautiful Todmorden valley. ‘Todmorden High School is a welcoming and friendly school. Pupils enjoy coming to school because they feel safe, and they learn a lot. Pupils get on well with their teachers and enjoy good relationships. Pupils know that there is always someone who will help them if they have any concerns. We are so much more than ‘just another school’.
