Required for April or September 2018, an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious Teacher of PE is required to join our dedicated PE team. You will work across all year groups and support a broad programme of extra-curriculum activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher of PE to join an excellent department.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in developing extra-curricular sports for all abilities to enthuse students to develop their abilities as well as play competitively. The post is suitable for a new qualified teacher.
Cove School is on a rapidly improving and exciting journey, where high quality teaching and student engagement is vital. The PE department has a range of dedicated indoor and outdoor facilities and four dedicated, full-time staff.
We are looking to appoint a colleague who will:
• An excellent practitioner with good subject knowledge up to GCSE level.
• Engage, enthuse, motivate and challenge students to raise achievement at all levels.
• Run and develop aspects of our extra-curricular sports & fitness programme.

Cove School is a larger than average 11-16 secondary co-educational establishment, located in the north of Hampshire. We are a local authority school within easy commute of London, the historic city of Winchester and the beautiful scenery of the New Forest.
