We are actively seeking to appoint a newly qualified or experienced PE Teacher who is committed to the highest levels of achievement for all students of all abilities from KS2 through to KS5. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of teaching PE to GCSE and A level.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic and innovative
- An effective classroom practitioner
- Able to inspire and enthuse others
- Committed to ensuring all students of all abilities achieve their potential.
Royston Schools Academy Trust is implementing a major restructure across its one upper and two middle schools, streamlining the delivery of education right through from Year 5 to Year 13. Teaching will be required across the Key Stages, including swimming lessons at KS2/3. While the majority of teaching will be Girls’ PE, you will also be required to teach some mixed classes and theory lessons.
The successful candidate will be expected to organise and support extra-curricular clubs and fixtures and so the ability to drive a minibus would be an advantage.
