Teacher of Pe- Second in Department/ Responsibility for KS3 (Female)
In their most recent report, Ofsted described our standards as ‘high’, and said that ‘relationships between pupils and teachers are typically strong and pupils trust teachers to help them improve their work’. Inspectors noted that ‘staff are proud to be part of the school community’ and ‘they are highly motivated because they feel valued’
We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and committed female member of staff with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience including KS4 examination PE.
Main management responsibilities will include co-ordinating the KS3 curriculum and co- curricular programme, running sports leader courses, analysing data and implementing interventions for KS3 students.
Specialisms in netball/ hockey would be desirable and strengthen application but not a requirement.
