We are a forward-thinking Academy based in Weston-super-Mare, providing education to a rising cohort of around 950 students at KS3/KS4 from September. Our pupils are excited to learn, are real ambassadors for our diverse community and benefit from a hugely positive and supportive learning environment. The Academy has retained its ‘Good’ judgement following our recent Ofsted Inspection. The report states that ‘The school is increasingly the school of choice for local parents and carers because leaders have established a culture of learning and high aspiration’.

We have a new £14million building offering a range of outstanding resources and an embedded, highly effective ‘Ready to Learn’ behaviour system meaning students are not disrupted by low level disruption.

We are part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) which is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. The CLF currently sponsors 16 academies including Secondary Schools, Primaries and a studio school catering for students aged 14 to 19.

We are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified Part Time Photography Teacher to join our supportive and talented team at Hans Price Academy on a fixed term contract to cover a period of one year. We are a rapidly growing academy, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

We provide excellent training and development opportunities within the Federation, including a full induction programme for newly qualified and experienced teachers. We look for professional’s who have excellent class management skills and have high expectations of work and behaviour.

Come and join our team and enjoy all the support and development you need to achieve your professional goals.
