Teacher of Psychology (part-time)

Warminster SchoolWarminster, Wiltshire

Warminster School seeks to appoint an innovative and well-qualified teacher to inspire pupils in psychology across both A Level and International Baccalaureate (IB) courses. This is an exciting time to be joining the school as we expand our Sixth Form provision and re-introduce this popular subject.  The successful candidate will have high standards, energy, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership potential and an infectious passion for the subject. There will be real opportunity to help develop the subject and their own teaching. The post would suit either a newly qualified or experienced teacher.

With the natural growth of the subject, we would envisage the post rising from a 0.6 role to 0.8 in the second year.

A commitment to the boarding and co-curricular life of this thriving school is essential.

Steeped in over 300 years of historical tradition and set in a stunning 60-acre campus in the heart of the south west of England, Warminster School is truly a community spirited thriving boarding and day school offering an exceptional all-round education to pupils from 2-18. Warminster offers both A-Levels and the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Sixth Form, as well as being one of few schools to offer the IB Career-related programme.
