We are seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative practitioner to work in a highly purposeful environment, and be part of a forward-thinking, hardworking team. Our academy is located in one of the North West’s finest school buildings with resources to match.
The Religious Education department is a team of supportive, dedicated professionals who are committed to the development of RE within the Academy. The candidate will be expected to deliver GCSE as an option along with KS3, experience of teaching A Level would also be desirable. The post is suitable for a newly qualified member of the profession or an experienced and successful practitioner. The department is well resourced, yet all teachers are expected to differentiate fully for their classes.
New Charter Academy is committed to the Teacher Effectiveness and Enhancement Programme (TEEP). The successful applicant will have the opportunity to become a fully trained TEEP practitioner which will enhance their practice significantly. An expectation for all our staff is that they incorporate the elements of the TEEP model into their practice. You will also benefit from dedicated CPD time each week.
