We are looking for an innovative and inspirational member of staff to teach Science from Year 6 to GCSE level. Candidates should be able to teach two sciences to GCSE Level and ideally one to A Level. 

The school prides itself on empowering each pupil to achieve his potential and candidates must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the subject through engaging lessons.

Closing date is 09:00hrs on Thursday, 22nd December and interviews will take place week commencing Monday, 2nd January.

Thorpe House School is an all-through independent school in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, teaching boys aged 4-16. The Lower School (up to Year 5) operates on its own site and the Middle School (Years 6 to 8) and the Upper School (Years 9 to 11) are based on the main site.  The school has excellent facilities including a seven-acre games field, covered swimming pool and a new multi-purpose hall offering additional classroom space and increased indoor sporting opportunities.
