We are seeking an inspirational, enthusiastic and ambitious teacher to join our forward-thinking Science faculty. You will be joining a well-resourced faculty, who strive for the highest standards of education by inspiring our students and enabling them to maximize their progress. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding NQT or an experienced teacher. (NQTs will complete a fully supportive induction and CPD programme)

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach all aspects of the Science curriculum at KS3 to GCSE.  With the opportunity, depending on specialism and experience, to teach at KS5. We are a dynamic and supportive faculty, with a passion for quality first teaching, with a strong ethos of student centered learning, and an energy for inspiring our students with a passion for Science.

Headteacher - Alison Gallagher

Foxford Community School joined the Castle Phoenix Trust in October 2018, who are committed to supporting the vision and values of the new headteacher. Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. At Foxford we are extremely proud of our school and our students which study here. Students develop into confident young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices. Foxford is an inclusive school that focuses on the serious business of achievement for all students. The leadership team and staff have very high expectations for all students in terms of behaviour, progress and outcomes. Foxford  nurtures respect, responsibility, reflectiveness and collaboration.
