We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspiring Teacher of Science who can create a nurturing learning environment within which everyone can reach their full potential. Join the Science department at Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy and you will be part of a vibrant, experienced and supportive team. We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things and see this as the key to further developing innovative teaching and learning strategies.

The ideal candidate will join us from September 2021 and be able to teach across the ability range from KS3 to KS5 and a real interest in developing teaching and learning is also important. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher to join an academy which is committed to providing high quality professional development opportunities and support a science team on its journey to outstanding

The position is offered on a permanent, full time basis. Interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis, therefore, early applications are strongly encouraged.

Working at Stationers' Crown Woods Academy: Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy joined our Trust in 2014. The campus incorporates nine buildings which include four home schools each serving 450 pupils and students, a Design, Technology and Creative and Performing Arts School, a Sport & Community Education Centre and an Inclusions Hub. Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy is delighted to be part of the Leigh Academies Trust who, with the Stationers’ Company and Ravensbourne, will enable the new Stationers’ Crown Woods Academy to enhance our provision and develop a Digital Curriculum fit for the future.
