An exciting opportunity to join the supportive and collaborative team in a new and flourishing independent secondary school. We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative teacher who is able to teach Key Stage 3 and 4 Science. The ability to teach additional areas of the curriculum is an asset. You will Science be teaching small classes on a full time basis, and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

TIS is undergoing a phased growth to a full capacity of 80 students.
We provide an all-inclusive education, designed to remove the need for supplementary learning or tuition outside of the school day. This includes:
- Small class sizes (maximum of 8) allowing our teachers to work effectively with a group while responding to the needs of the individual.
- A supportive and close knit school community (maximum roll of 80 students)
- Individually tailored teaching programmes designed for each student and reviewed by all staff working with that student on an on-going basis.
- On going guidance and support of personal organisational skills (including touch typing, time management), study skills and 21st century skills to ensure that each student can become confident and independent in managing their school experience.
- One-to-one guidance; each student will have a designated teacher mentor, with whom they will meet regularly to reflect upon their learning, set targets and address any questions or concerns they may have.
