TEACHER OF SCIENCE

Temporary (Maternity Cover) - January to July 2019

Full time (Part time would be considered for the right candidate) 

Are you somebody who believes that all learners can be successful; aspires to put the needs of learners at the heart of everything that you do; and sees yourself as a learner?

We are seeking an engaging and reflective Teacher of Science, who has the ambition and aptitude to develop young people into effective scientists and confident learners. The role will offer you the opportunity to develop your teaching skills within a highly cohesive, innovative and reflective team. The post is suitable for newly qualified teachers or more experienced staff. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across the Science curriculum at Key Stage 3 and have the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 4 and 5.

Situated five miles east of Oxford on a unique and historic parkland site, Wheatley Park School is a highly successful mixed 11 - 18 academy and proud member of the River Learning Trust
