We seek to appoint an outstanding teacher to further develop our highly successful and highly regarded Science department. We are delighted with the good progress our learners make and we are committed to offering a broad curriculum.

We are ideally looking for a science teacher who could deliver lessons across all 3 specialisms. A strong Science knowledge is required and awareness of the new GCSE curriculum. As a department we are following AQA schemes of work.

  The successful applicant will be instrumental in upholding departmental improvement, student intervention programmes and contributing to our wide range of transition projects and science club. This post would be ideal for either an experienced teacher or a more recently qualified teacher. You will benefit from a strong team ethos and develop further the year on year improvements at both key stages.

As an outstanding teacher you will be given the opportunity to develop the teaching and learning practice of your colleagues across the school through our innovative and highly personalised CPD provision.
