Teacher of Science
Required for September 2020
Do you want to work in a popular and successful school where staff professional development and well-being is at the heart of our work?
We are looking for a highly qualified, innovative and inspirational teacher of Science, who is passionate about their subject and who is committed to raising aspirations, and securing sustained progress for all of our students.
You will be joining a forward-thinking faculty, who are all dedicated to their work with our students, and to supporting each other through their collaborative work. Our new Head of Science joined us in September 2017, and our Science results went from being below average to having a positive value added of +0.12 in the summer of 2018 and +0.18 in 2019, so it’s an exciting time to be joining us and to have the opportunity to influence Science learning in our school. The post is suitable for an experienced teacher or an NQT.
Gosford Hill School is situated in Kidlington, on the north western edge of Oxford near to the new Oxford Parkway Station (a 50 minute journey from London).
