The Science Faculty is a leading area of the school and consists of three departments – Physics, Chemistry and Biology and the three subjects are taught to all students at key stage 4. The Science Faculty work effectively as a cohesive, supportive team, continuously sharing resources and striving to maximise student potential. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher who believes they can make a real impact on student progress.

 

Eligible teachers of the above subjects, in their first five years of teaching, who meet the criteria, can apply for the government ‘Levelling up Premium Payment’ when working at Yardleys School.
