We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled classroom practitioner who will contribute to the teaching and learning in our Science Department. A specialism in Physics would be preferred. For an outstanding candidate there is an opportunity for leadership responsibility.

Science plays a significant part in the life of the school. We are seeking to appoint someone with the enthusiasm, imagination and ambition to join an innovative, dedicated and highly successful team. Seaford Head School opened a brand new Sixth Form Centre (S6H) in September 2014 and there is the potential for the successful candidate to be involved in some sixth form teaching.

Seaford Head School has high expectations of behaviour, attainment and uniform. In February 2016 we received a letter from Nick Gibb MP congratulating Seaford Head on being one of the top 100 non-selective schools in England showing the greatest sustained improvement in the percentage of pupils achieving five or more A*-C grades, including English and mathematics GCSEs.
