King’s Leadership Academy Hawthornes:
King’s Hawthornes is situated in Bootle, several miles from Liverpool city centre. We are an inclusive and welcoming school with a rapidly rising school roll. The school is part of The Great Schools Trust, an expanding multi-academy trust based in the North West. We are on a journey to good in all areas, behaviour is excellent and support for teachers’ professional development is a strong feature of our school and trust.
As a school, we place a strong emphasis on developing a high quality curriculum, but there is much more to our school than being an exam factory. We offer a wide variety of extra-curricular experiences and build an enrichment programme within the curriculum with Thursday afternoons dedicated to enhancing our students’ cultural capital.
Our Aspire Values underpin all that we do, as a school at the heart of our community.
