Required for April or September 2017, an enthusiastic, well-qualified, full-time teacher of Physics for this thriving and over-subscribed, semi-rural, 11-18 Catholic College with 1125 students on roll. Painsley Catholic College is a mainstream, non-selective, co-educational secondary school for children aged 11-18. It is situated in Cheadle, near Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, and there are 1,196 pupils on its roll. The school converted to academy status in 2012 and has been rated as “outstanding” by Ofsted.

Painsley Catholic College is one of the UK's leading schools and it consistently achieves excellent GCSE results. It has specialist status in science, mathematics and computing, and will open a brand-new sixth form in September 2017.
