We are passionate about teaching of and expect you to be too. We are looking for an individual to join the team as it continues to grow as our school numbers rise. The Science Team is dynamic and supportive and are committed to excellence. We are part of an excellent community of Science Teams across our Trust, and work collaboratively on curriculum, teaching and learning and assessment.

The successful candidate will be innovative, creative and enthusiastic with a determination to achieve the highest outcomes, have an incisive understanding of teaching and learning and the ability to reflect and challenge. Professional development opportunities are plentiful and we are working hard to be innovative around workload- we want you to have a balanced life and enjoy working with our children! We have really strong supportive policies on feedback, reporting and behaviour for learning that allow you and your team time to plan and teach excellent lessons. This post is appropriate for NQTs or more experienced colleagues. We have an excellent track record at supporting and developing NQTs and providing career progression opportunities.
