We seek an outstanding Teacher of Science who has a successful track record of raising achievement in order to drive further improvement across our school.
We are pleased to be able to offer this exciting opportunity for an inspirational, enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to join our supportive and progressive faculty. You will be joining a well-resourced faculty, with a focus on student support and striving for the highest standards of education.
The Avon Valley School is an oversubscribed 11-16 school with a specialism within the Performing Arts, which is known for its aspirational and caring environment. Following our Ofsted Inspection in November 2013, we were graded a “Good” School. We are looking to attract committed individuals, to become valued members of our staff. The school is run by a highly dedicated senior leadership team, who have the upmost care and respect for our students, our staff and the local community.

- Focussed career development, including yearly appraisals, with 6 month reviews
- We offer twilight sessions, and will part fund external courses
