Haven High is an academy in transition to greatness. We have achieved an improvement in our P8 by over 65% and have transformed the aspiration of all students and teachers.

Ofsted have recently stated that the Academy has been successful in transforming the culture. Pupils and staff have a renewed sense of belief and determination. Staff are now aspirational for pupils’ success. Pupils are keen to succeed and to meet the new, high expectations for all aspects of school life. Morale is high.

Our recent transformation has been a result of a clear vision, established values and a team approach to change. Parents, students and governors all share a joint excitement about the future potential of the academy.

If you would like to share this journey we are looking to appoint a great science teacher with a passion for Chemistry to teach the AQA specification to KS4.

Visits to the Academy are welcomed and encouraged.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  We operate DBS safeguarding procedures.

Early applications are encouraged.  We reserve the right to interview and appoint prior to the closing date of the advertisement.
