High Close School is a flourishing residential and day special school catering for up to 85 young people with a complex range of needs. Ofsted has judged education to be ‘Good’ (Jan ’13) and we are now working towards becoming outstanding in 2016. We are seeking an ambitious and inspirational individual to be our Teacher of Science. You will have high expectations of learning and behaviour and a belief in the capacity of every child to achieve. This post would suit someone at the beginning of their career as they develop and gain experience. For someone who already has a few years of teaching experience, the post could additionally become that of Subject Leader for Science; a TLR is available for the right person.

High Close School is a weekly boarding residential and day special school catering for young people with a complex range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
