Our situation is simply described

• We are one of the largest schools in Worcestershire, graded as Good with Outstanding features
• We need an outstanding teacher join our Science Department
• As we sift applications we shall have two questions in mind:
• Has the candidate got the ability - whether actual or potential - to help to deliver an even better experience in Science for our students?
• Is the candidate capable of outstanding work in his/her own classroom?

• That our facilities are first class, with three laboratories having been very recently upgraded
